Before DSLExtreme charged me twice for March and fabricated a $99.90 billing for nonexistent leased equipment, I was willing to allow automatic payments charged to my VISA.
After DSLExtreme charged me twice for March and fabricated a $99.90 billing for nonexistent leased equipment, I am NOT willing to allow automatic payments charged to my VISA.
In addition, charging my VISA $36.82 for a $10.85 account balance strengthened my resolve NOT to allow automatic payments to my VISA. A perpetual credit on my account after my VISA has been charged is a worthless number on a digital screen. Nothing but light and pixels. VISA will be charging back $25.97 to DSLExtreme.
I’ve filed complaints with the FTC, FCC and Michigan Public Service Commission. In addition, complaints have been made to IKANO Communications and Broadvoice as I was not sure who owns DSLExtreme at the moment. My bank has been notified and forwarded the complaint to the VISA fraud department.
DSLExtreme should have simply switched my account back to a monthly billing.
DSLEXTREME IS NOT AUTHORIZED TO MAKE AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS CHARGED TO MY VISA!
Don’t bother quoting DSLEXTREMES’ Terms of Service. I want a waiver, as I never agreed to be permanently bound to automatic payments.
If DSLExtreme had not attempted strong arm extortion tactics as policy, these events would have been a forgotten bump in the road of life.
I attempted a good faith $10.85 payment and was screwed with a $36.82 VISA charge. I sent DSLEXTREME the Dlink modem by UPS GROUND (tracking number 1Z908E250392814337). How would DSLEXTREME like a $99.90 bill for my old Dlink Modem that I received as a promotional give away?
DSLEXTREME IS NOT AUTHORIZED MAKE AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS CHARGED TO MY VISA!
Does DSLExtreme wish to settle this dispute or continue to escalate it?
